The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Red Brick Cottage is a beautiful, spacious Victorian cottage in Great Bircham which sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Located within easy walking distance of The Kings Head, village shop, cafe and Windmill bakery. There is plenty of space for all to enjoy with a lovely breakfast room, a large sitting room and additional lounge/games room. All rooms are beautifully furnished. A superb base to explore North Norfolk and relax in front of the log burner or in the secure garden.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.
