There are 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds and a comfortable double sofa-bed in the lounge, a high spec bathroom with a rain shower and a balcony to enjoy the morning sun and a view of the Pirin mountain.

Cozy and quiet top-floor apartment just a 10-minute walk from the ski lift, 5 min to the next supermarket, cafés and restaurants. There is a decorative fireplace, a work desk and reliable WiFi connection (75mb/s). The apartment features a washing machine, dishwasher and a rooftop window in the bedroom (you can watch the stars at night). There is a big balcony with a mountain view. The building also faces a courtyard and you won't hear any car sounds at night :) There is an elevator.

Студиото се намира на първи/приземен етаж, от двуетажна къща за гости. В близост е до църквата и центъра на Банско. То е в двора на нашата къща. Начална станция на кабинковия лифт е на 20 минути пешеходно разстояние, а автогарата е на 15 минути пешеходно разстояние. На разположение на гостите има приспособено място на двора, както и барбекю. Въпреки, че живеем срещу студиото, не навлизаме в личното пространство на гостите, но сме на разположение, ако имат нужда от нещо.

The studio has a separate room for storage of ski equipment in the basement of the building.
