This is a working Texas Longhorn Ranch, this apartment is separate from the house, with entry private. Has a small wet bar, Living area looks out to pasture and has a sleep sofa, small kitchenette, with refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. Bathroom has shower big enough for two. The ranch has a private gated entry. We are a working ranch so if you inquire and we don'trespond for 6 or 8 hours it is noisy on tractor and around cattle so be patient. The studio has a queen bed, wardrobe, living area, tv and WiFi. It has a kitchenette with a dining table for 2, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom has a nice marble shower. There is an outdoor seating area for down time and relax. While we live on the property, you have your own privacy, but if you need us we are close by.
