Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

A peaceful retreat in a small rural hamlet with great views towards Westbury White Horse with two local pubs nearby. Explore the glorious countryside walks or local national cycle routes. 4 miles from Longleat Safari Park & Westbury Train Station which is a mainline station to Bath, Bristol & London Paddington. A countryside annex in 1.2 acres

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Sitting in 1.2 acres of countryside, enjoy the quiet charm of watching woodpeckers and deer. This place is tranquil and relaxing but only 10 miles from Bath and within easy reach of many tourist attractions including Longleat and Stourhead. A self contained accommodation it consists of one bedroom and large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dish washer and washing machine and a spacious sitting room with a sofa bed for a further 2 guests.

Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

Romantic Little House (- 15% for 2+ nights)

A romantic and luxurious haven with free off-street car parking right outside and its own garden. Enjoy the comfort of a Super King bed, great shower room, luxury toiletries & stylish decor. Set in a 18th C. stone outbuilding, it is very quiet and independent . It has a kitchenette, not for home cooking but perfect to refrigerate & heat up food and make hot drinks. There are 2 great pubs within a short walking distance. This is the perfect nest for a visit to Bath, Longleat, Stonehenge & more.

Shepherds Rest Annexe

Self contained annexe which has been tastefully renovated. Kitchen with eating area and the bathroom are on the ground floor. Sitting/bedroom with countryside views on first floor. Outside is a table and chairs for alfresco dining. Local Pub and fish and chip shop short walk away. A little further afield are some wonderful cafes and it's an easy drive to local attractions such as Bath/Longleat/Stonehenge/Stourhead. Westbury train station with direct services to London is 3 miles away.

The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

The Old Dairy, Dilton Vale Farm near Longleat

Set in an idyllic, tranquil setting with beautiful grounds surrounding, babbling brooks, a mill pond; solitude and yet close to Bath, Salisbury, Stonehenge, Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Longleat, Center Parcs, cycling routes, Castle Combe, footpaths, bridleways and many more places to discover. Detached / entire property with its own access with bifold doors opening up onto a private courtyard which has an outside table where you can enjoy watching the sun go down over the mill pond.

Simple, cosy, quiet, relaxing space for 2 - Lime

Not quite a barn and not really a cottage, to let. Therefore, a "Barnlet"! Lime Barnlet is 1 of 3 barnlets which are individually self contained or ideal for a group of 3 couples, all set in the gardens of our house. Bedroom, bathroom, fitted kitchen and living area! Great base for Bath - a short car or train journey away. Loads of walks, beautiful countryside and close to Longleat ( 7 miles). Simple, cosy space. Perfect for a couple looking to get away from all things busy...

PRETTY GEORGIAN COTTAGE IN A VILLAGE NEAR BATH

A quaint cottage in a peaceful no-through lane, built in C19. Sleeps 4 plus a baby. Village location ideal for exploring the area’s many historic and fascinating sites, including Bath, Bradford on Avon, and Longleat. Nearby train stations. One well-behaved dog is welcome (please ask before bringing 2 dogs). Front and back gardens with seating, a barbecue, and parking for 2 cars. Wi-fi. A warm welcome awaits all guests, with the convenience of self check-in and check-out.

Oak Tree Barn in Wiltshire near Bath & Longleat

The Barn is set within the countryside of Wiltshire and it was fully refurbished in 2019. It is located within the 3 acre grounds of Willow Grange, which borders Somerset. The Barn overlooks paddocks and is surrounded by trees and fields. It is the perfect location to visit Bath, Stonehenge, Longleat & other local towns & villages such as Frome, Lacock & Salisbury. With direct train links from Westbury to London. Unfortunately we are strictly no pets.
