Blu Grace Farm Apartment

Our barndo is located on our quaint 10 acre farm. The barn sits in the center of two pastures overseeing highland cows, horses, alpaca, donkeys, sheep and ducks. A cup of coffee, the sound of the rooster crowing while rocking under the awning is an experience in itself. Pet and feed the livestock during your visit. We are conveniently located near several wedding venues in historic Marion county and just an hour from Myrtle Beach. This is a rustic and peaceful farm experience you won’t forget.

River Birch Bungalow sleeps 9 (near by fishing)

Escape to the River Birch Bungalow, a serene environment at our family-owned estate, dating back to 1939. This recently refurbished rustic home near the Little Pee Dee River offers a peaceful escape for nature lovers and those seeking solitude. With all the comforts for a stress-free getaway, it's just a 30 min drive to Lumber State Park and a short distance to nearby villages. Ideal for long-term stays, pet-friendly and can accommodate two vehicles. Only an hour drive to Myrtle Beach.

Hartley House

This old home has been completely renovated and is situated in the hub of the small town of Latta, SC. There is a wrap around porch with rockers and benches for enjoying the out of doors. The home sits across the street from the Carnegie Library which is being enlarged and improved. Latta is just off of I-95 and is a perfect stop-over for your trip north or south. Myrtle Beach is about one hour away on Highway 501. If you are a racing fan, the Dillon Raceway is a few miles away.

The Tiny-House Lodge

This studio apartment offers a single, multi-function living space that incorporates the living room, kitchenette, and sleeping quarters (With Pull-Out sofa bed) all in the same room. This type of residence can also be called an efficiency apartment. This studio’s space is small but cozy and efficient. It can be a challenge to furnish and decorate, but ease of maintenance and a reduced rent compared to larger units can make it an attractive place to dwell despite the petite size.

Newly remodel poolside escape. 1100 sq feet with 3 indoor TVs, 1 outdoor tv, and a foosball table. The house has a full bathroom, kitchen, and living area. It has a king bed, sleeper sofa, and couch (air mattresses available upon request) Stainless steal appliances and access to a 35 foot in ground pool with a splash pad and 6 foot deep end. Within 15 minutes of multiple wedding venues. Within an hour drive to Myrtle Beach. 30 minutes from I-95.

Horse Life

Come and stay on a horse / livestock farm. With your very own horse trailer to stay in. With over 15 acres fenced in. You will have plenty of room to stretch your legs. You can relax at the trailer or spend time at the community fire pit. Feel free to explore the barn as well. There are plenty of games in the last stall including cornhole. Come pet and love up on the horses. They love all the attention.
