In de tuin kun je lekker ontspannen. Op loopafstand zijn twee winkelcentra met supermarkt en eetplekken. Met een bushalte voor de deur en metro op loopafstand ben je binnen 15 minuten bij de Amsterdam Arena en de bioscoop of in 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. Fiets- en autoverhuur mogelijk.

Ruime woning met twee slaapkamers met allebei een twee persoons bed en twee slaapkamers met kinder bedden. 1 los matras waar een bed van gemaakt kan worden op de grond. Plek voor vijf volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Grote U bank en smart tv met vele apps. Goede WiFi, robot stofzuiger, wasmachine en droger. Buiten 3x hoekbank.

The apartment is situated in the trendy residential area called IJburg with a Marina Harbour, cafes and restaurants just two blocks away. It's well connected to Central Station by tram #26 (18 mins). The private room is well equipped. There is no 24/7 lobby, make sure that we agree on a check in time. All guests need to show a valid ID upon arrival. check in: 2PM / check out: 11AM FYI: I'm living with my cat who freely roams around the house. The kitchen (except the stove) can be used.

Openbaar vervoer en lokale supermarkten zijn op loop afstand. Ideaal gelegen voor een bezoek aan de Johan Cruijff ArenA, Ziggo Dome en AFAS live. Daarnaast is het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Een ruim balkon, wasmachine, Wi-Fi, TV, keuken apparatuur. Eventuele transfers zijn bespreekbaar.

Only suitable for a couple or a family! Beautiful modern comfortable family apartment with garden in Watergraafsmeer/ East Amsterdam; a very nice residential neighborhood. The house is light, 80m2, modern design (fully refurbished in 2019) and is fully equipped for a familiy with 2/3 children or a couple. We love to live in this (green) and quite part of Amsterdam; you'll find restaurants, bakeries, a supermarket, flower stall etc. around the corner. Free and fast Wifi

Lovely detached light spacious villa on the water. Large kitchen with modern appliances, large fridge and wine cooler. Downstairs is a fireplace and a dining and sitting area with TV. Upstairs on the first floor is a spacious master bedroom with adjoining bathroom with bath and shower. A separate toilet and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the 2nd floor are 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 beds each and a 2nd bathroom and separate toilet.

Stylish, clean room on 2nd floor, no elevator in SUBURB with a beautiful view and fast acces to the city centre by metro 54. The Arena, Afas & Ziggo dome are in walking distance. The AMC, RAI, University's & Airport are very nearby. Very comfortable for those who travel for business or study. It's clean, safe and everybody is welcome, no matter what gender, religion or nationality you have. And all of Amsterdam has paid parking. Sorry!
