Located on Devonport's Mt Victoria, surrounded by beautiful historic homes, MaisonMays is a self-contained, private apartment offering a light and peaceful setting with two outdoor garden dining areas, a king-sized bed, bath and a heating/cooling system for your comfort. Off-street parking available. Lock box on left hand side outside white gates at end of driveway. We say "Kia Ora" and are happy to greet our guests but agree to respect our guests' privacy if preferred. Centrally located in Devonport, a car is not necessary to enjoy the many delights around the neighbourhood. Walk up Mount Victoria to take in vistas of Auckland City or stroll to Torpedo Bay for a coffee and ice cream after visiting the Navy Museum. If wanting to travel farther afield, public buses can be found in central Devonport or at the Devonport Ferry Terminal, or perhaps a day trip to Waiheke Island, Rangitoto Island or Auckland City via Fuller's Ferries, departing regularly from Devonport Ferry Terminal. Deposit - A $400 deposit is required on booking, refundable unless a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to stay.

Set in historic Devonport our new space is part of a 100+yr old north facing (sun) bungalow with garden. We have no on-site kitchen/cooking facilities. A 15 min walk to the village & 20+ cafes, pubs & restaurants, 2 mins further to the ferry & Auckland CBD 12 mins later. A public golf course is 5 mins walk, 3 beaches 15 mins walk. The quiet space has a queen bed & in a small adjoining room a king single bed. Your own entry, bathroom, tea, coffee maker, fridge, smart TV fast internet & heating.

Steps from Cheltenham Beach!

A home away from home. Located in the heart of Devonport, with the beach only 300m away! Two beautiful bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a king single bed and a single pull out bed (can be made into one king bed). An extensive kitchen fitted out with all the necessary things for an enjoyable stay. Comfortable beds, lounge and dining. Two decks facing north for the morning sun Watch summer cricket from the living room, with views of the Sky Tower, Mt Victoria and North Head.

Mid-Century Devonport

Enjoy a private outdoor space, the accommodation in the style of mid century, a living space with a queen bed and a bedroom with two king single beds, a private bathroom. The kitchenette has a microwave, electric jug, electric frypan, toaster and coffee plunger. There are plates/ utensils etc. Barbeque, hot plates and saucepans on request. Also the apartment is not suitable for mobile babies (a cot is available) nor children under the age of seven. A vehicle to get around is recommended.

Simple garden studio in central Devonport

Our quiet garden studio is ideal for those wanting a private space to stay when visiting family locally or working in Devonport or Auckland city. It has a very comfortable queen size bed, en-suite shower room, iron, hairdryer, wardrobe, fridge, microwave and kettle. Toiletries, tea/coffee, bed-linen and towels are provided, as well as free WiFi. The studio has separate access away from the main house, and is in a very quiet and peaceful setting within walking distance to Devonport village.

Stanleigh Cottage

A separate cottage, on a back section surrounded by trees and bird song. Off street parking for one car. Recently fully refurbished to a high standard. Outdoor dining area with barbque. Off street parking for one car. 5 minutes by car, a 20 minute walk or a quick bus ride into Devonport where you can catch the ferry into the city. A five minute walk to Stanley Bay beach or even less to a public park. A slice of paradise away from the maddening crowds.

Cherry Tree Cottage, Devonport

Cherry Tree Cottage, a charming standalone studio, completely separate from the main house. Sun-filled and full of character, with a queen bed and a full kitchen to call your own. Heat pump, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. Wander a few minutes to Devonport's cafés and boutiques, take the ferry across to the city, or amble down to Cheltenham Beach for a swim. Quiet, private, and the perfect stay for couples, solo travellers, and their four-legged friends.

Surrounded by beautiful homes you have your own private space/entry on the ground floor of our home with a bedroom/compact ensuite, lounge room and deck. Located in the centre of the Devonport Peninsula .Just a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Narrow Neck beach. Our Belmont home is handy to Takapuna Mall & specialty shops, Devonport Village, ferry to Auckland CBD and easy access to State Highway #1 (NZ's major highway). Free WIFI

Comfortable private studio 2-3 min walk from beautiful Cheltenham beach and pleasant waterfront walk to Devonport village and ferry for Auckland city. Bifold doors open to garden. Sunny north easterly aspect. Walk to North Head reserve in 1 min for views of whole of Auckland. Quiet,secluded location. Down a right of way so no traffic noise. Kitchenette equiped with microwave, toaster, electric jug, fridge and small hob.

Enjoy the best of Devonport right outside your door! Torpedo Beach is a block and a half away, the entrance to North Head and Cheltenham are two and a half blocks away. Downtown Devonport is a breezy 15 minute walk down King Edward’s Parade. The apartment has its own entrance, full kitchen, WiFi, a washer dryer combo and beach towels. Come relax and enjoy our beach town that’s just a 12 minute ferry from downtown Auckland.

Studio 16 Devonport

Studio 16 is a self contained modern light filled space perfect for a couple. It is open plan in design with bedroom, lounge and kitchenette in one. An Air Conditioning unit is in this area. The separate bathroom is fully tiled with a large walk in shower. There is also a spacious walk in wardrobe with ample room for your suitcases. A washing machine is in this area. This is a smoke and pet free property.

Private Cottage Devonport

Enjoy privacy in cozy Devonport. 1 bedrooom, with a kitchen/lounge space. A fenced deck area allows for a lovely private indoor/outdoor flow through French doors. Central Devonport is an easy walk with many cafes and a beautiful waterfront walk. restaurants. The ferry gives you very easy access to the city or islands.
