This superb one-bedroom lodge in the North Devon countryside is a truly relaxing break with your four-legged friends. Set within minutes of Saunton Sands you’ll have your own hot tub for indulgent soaks and a lovely deck for alfresco dining. Inside there’s a modern open plan living / kitchen and dining area which accesses the deck through large bifold doors, and a sumptuous en-suite master bedroom with king size bed and garden views. The Claremont Hotel Adult only - Double Room

The Claremont Hotel is a small private Adult Only (18+) Boutique Hotel located in the centre of Polperro, a quaint traditional Cornish fishing village. Whilst staying with us you will be just a short walk away from the picturesque harbour, as well as many high quality local cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Hotel has its own private car park directly opposite. Parking is free for guests and we have one car parking space available per room. Breakfast in our shared dining room is also included.

Lower Tresmorn-Barley Park

A bright room in a medieval Cornish farmhouse within the sound of the sea. It has a large deep set window, super comfortable bed and bags of character. The room is accessed by a half-spiral stone staircase which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The room has a private shower-room along the landing. Peace and tranquillity in a traditional farmhouse B&B on the coast 5 minute's walk from the coast path and stunning sea views. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast included.

Double Room in Friendly Home @ Nyumbani

Our single room in a friendly shared home is 3.5 miles from central Exeter, a short drive from beaches & nature walks, in a great position both for work and exploring. On arrival, I'll show you the shared kitchen, answer any questions and pass on keys. We host between 1 and 3 guests. You're welcome to hangout in the diner or enjoy the peace of your room. Bathrooms are shared with up to 2 other guests. One parking space is allocated on a first come, first served basis.

At Hills Farm Stays, we have two Country King rooms, Hawkchurch and Seaton. Hawkchurch is located on our first floor and is accessible through external outdoor steps. Seaton is situated on the ground floor and has access to a small outdoor garden and patio area. These rooms both contain a king bed, using Egyptian cotton linen and an en-suite shower room.
