This space is a 1 bed, 1 bath with much of its original character preserved! Located in the heart of bustling Midtown just one block from 20+ bars and restaurants, DMC, Shinola and way more! Welcome to your home away from home in Detroit! This unique attic studio apartment is a favorite among students and professionals alike. Renovated in October of 2022, our airy studio apartment offers an open floor plan which includes a private bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, work space, integrated living room, dining area and bedroom with a queen size bed. 4 skylights offer plenty of natural light. While we have AC, the system struggles to cool the large space when outside temps exceed 85.

You'll be staying in our newly constructed carriage house at the back of our property in the heart of Corktown - Detroit's oldest historic neighborhood. This private dwelling is accessed from the back alley entrance and offers high ceilings and a panoramic view of downtown and the surrounding neighborhood. The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.
