Situated 10mins from the city of Hobart, Salamanca Place and Mt Wellington. 2-5mins to bakeries, shops, food, laundromat, fuel & bottle shop. Less than 1 min walk to great food at the BrewLab. A great base to explore, 10mins drive to the famous Mona, 25mins to the Historic town of Richmond and the Coal River wine trail.

Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Elevated and private, this luxurious architecturally designed home in Hobart's North has all that you need to enjoy a memorable stay in Tasmania. Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

Situated on Hobart's Eastern Shore, View Studio is 10 minutes travel to the city and Salamanca, 20 minutes to MONA or Richmond and Coal Valley Wineries and 15 minutes from Hobart Airport.

"Roseclare" is the perfect holiday base for couples, groups and families just 10 minutes drive from the CBD , 10 minutes drive to Mona and 20 minutes from the airport. The shopping Village of Moonah is just 4mins drive. The cottage boasts 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and spacious well appointed kitchen. , coffee pods and a mini cooking pantry. Porta cot & high chair provided upon request.Please note unneeded bedrooms will be locked off so please book guest numbers accurately 🙂

Funky Lutana Studio + Courtyard

The studio was built in 2018 to be a comfortable haven for your nipaluna/Hobart explorations. Formerly a large garage, we enlisted clever local architects to maximise the space. We’ve sourced quality furniture, linen, appliances and a super comfy bed. A 7 min drive to the CBD, 10 to MONA, buses are limited so a car is recommended. Ubers to the city are $10-15. A riverside park is 3min away for a morning jog. We welcome all kinds of people and love to provide a place you’ll love!

Moonah Pad

This 2 bedroom/2 story townhouse is equipped with a new kitchen and bathroom. It is only a 10-minute drive from the Hobart CBD and the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA). It is a short walk (5 minutes) from numerous cafes and restaurants and a Woolworths supermarket. Public transport is conveniently situated on the main road (also a 5-minute walk away). The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas cooktop, and microwave. The bathroom is new and has a heated tiled floor.

Derwent River Cottage: Tranquil Waterfront Living

This peaceful, three-bedroom stay is ideally located on the edge of Otago Bay. Soak up stunning waterfront views from the light-filled, open-plan interior offering a fully-equipped kitchen and cosy living area with a fireplace. Dine al fresco or enjoy your morning coffee on one of four breezy patios facing the flowing Derwent River. Feel one with nature at this humble abode and enjoy the nearby national reserves, conservation areas and the picturesque Risdon Brook Dam.

A huge shower and a cosy bed - comfort and relaxation at its finest! * Please note that my accommodation is only suitable for 2 people (I do have a portacot so a baby is also fine)

A short hop to the Derwent River Esplanade Walk (GASP) picnic areas, Yacht Club, shops, Derwent Entertainment Centre (Mystate Arena), River and Mountain views to be enjoyed while on your quiet riverside stroll. Hobart CBD , Salamanca Markets, restaurants and entertainment areas are all within a 15 min drive.
