Derby Rock Cabins has been designed to cater for many different styles of groups. With secure bike storage as part of the cabin and a spa to soak in after a long day on the trails… you’ll never want to leave! 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & 2 toilets with spacious living for everyone. The second bedroom can be made up as a king or two singles. Beautiful views over the valley where you can really switch off with a wine by the fire or out on the deck. Both cabins can be rented out for bigger groups!

Crosskeys Derby, Mt Bike Haven

This is a Classic Derby weatherboard home, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. It is comfortable & designed to be a home away from home, fully equipped with everything you would expect to find in your own home and more. It is located 950m from the start of the Blue Derby MTB Trails. The house has been set up for MTB'ers in mind. Suitable for Families, small groups & is also pet friendly. It has a bike garage to lock MTB's in overnight, an outdoor hot/cold shower, undercover BBQ and a private large rear deck.

The Derby Bank House is in the centre of town, walking distance to eateries, brewery and the iconic floating sauna. This old fashioned style Heritage listed Bed and Breakfast sleeps four people and includes 2 queen beds (four poster), a grand lounge room, Wi-FI, TV, record player and reverse cycle AC. There is plenty to see and do in this area, so consider staying for two or more nights to explore our magnificent Pyengana valley, the Blue Tier walking and MTB trails and the must see St Columba waterfalls. Or just enjoy country life.

Trail View is our special spot in Derby. Historically steeped in the mining past, our bedrooms look out of lead light sunray's to the moss laden forest below as does the deep bath with unlimited hot water for bathing and showers. A relaxing , tranquil and private home with everything we need to revive the senses after an adventurous day on the trails. The wood burning heaters and fire pit circle provides us a cosy area to gather where stories are told and memories made.

THE CEDAR HOUSE DERBY

Cedar House has recently had some upgrades including a new bathroom. It is centrally located directly behind the bike shops and cafes located on Main Street in historical Derby. Perched high on the block the views from the deck are magical with the Ringarooma River below and the Blue Derby trailhead in your sights. A great base to discover the many bike trail options on the doorstep. If you are after comfort, convenience and location then the boxes are ticked!

The Cottage on Mutual

Escape reality and wind back time in our little forest getaway… why not stay a while and immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of our special spot high up above the Mutual Valley, surrounded by cool-temperate rain forest. For the adventurous there is of course the world class mountain bike trails of Blue Derby on your doorstep, or you might prefer to simply decompress and enjoy fishing, stargazing and experiencing the unique wood fired floating sauna on the lake.
