Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. Within 1 miles of the Lake Lawn resort which offers golf, dining, and boat rentals.

Inside amenities include a 16’ shuffleboard table, foosball, air hockey, ping pong and in-home theater.
