Situated between Glacier and Yellowstone national parks, this quaint rustic cabin is located in the small hamlet of southern Hall just off I-90 and 10min from Philipsburg. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably, and was built by homesteader Carl Cassidy in the early 1980's. His skillful primitive aesthetic and use of recycled materials gives the cabin a feeling it was built in the 1880's.

Mountain Getaway, Gold Creek! (Unit 217)

Cabin has one queen bed on main “open” floor, 2 beds in loft, (one queen and one full). Loft has a sturdy built in ladder, not suitable for toddlers or little kids. Equipped with gas cook top, refrigerator, microwave, sink, bathroom w/ shower, tv (DVD's and ROKU). Situated approximately 5 miles from the Clark Fork River, and 1 mile from public Montana Government Lands (Pontoon boats available to rent for self-guided tours, please inquire.)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to Old Montana State Prison. Walking distance to downtown. In the best neighborhood in Deer Lodge. 3 parking spots on St Mary. If you are interested in some hiking or any outdoor activities myself and 2 boys know the area very well and are willing to show you around. If you are interested in floating the Clark Fork I have a fishing guide friend that can take 2 people.
