το σπιτι ειναι 29τ.μ.,1ος οροφος με μπαλκονι πολυ φωτεινο, βρισκεται στο πιο κεντρικο και τουριστικο σημειο της πολης πολυ κοντα στη λιμνη σε εμπορικα καταστηματα, μαγαζια εστιασης και διασκεδασης....στα 80 μετρα βρισκεται σουπερμαρκετ ανοιχτο ολη την ημερα μεχρι αργα το βραδυ.Στις παροχές του σπιτιού είναι επίσης δύο ποδήλατα καθώς το σπίτι βρίσκεται κοντά στη λίμνη της πόλης όπου υπάρχει μια πολύ ωραία διαδρομή για ποδηλατοβόλτα (διαθεσιμότητα ποδηλάτων κατόπιν συνεννόησης).
