Unser Haus ist ein großzügiges Landhaus von 1912 inmitten eines 5000 m2 großen Naturgrundstücks. Es bietet Platz für 7-8 Personen, wurde aufwendig saniert und eingerichtet mit antiken Bauernmöbeln und einigen Designklassikern. Gelegen am Rande eines Dorfes in der vorpommerschen Prärie unweit von Stettin und 1,5 h von Berlin entfernt, lasst Ihr die überlaufene Uckermark hinter Euch. Findet Erholung oder einen ruhigen Arbeitsplatz in der hügeligen Endmoränenlandschaft mit vielen kleinen Badeseen.

Haus am Wald

Unser Haus liegt direkt am Wald. Nachbarn gibt es nur wenige Wochen im Jahr. Das Haus / Grundstück verfügt über ca. 130 m² Wohnfläche, insgesamt 1670 m² Grundstücksfläche , zum Teil eingezäunt ( die Grünfläche vor dem Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt) , so das ein mitgebrachter Hund auch einmal alleine seine Runden drehen darf . Ein Garten mit Strandkorb, einem Buddelkasten für die ganz Kleinen, einer Chillecke und Sonnenliegen ist vorhanden. Vorteilig sind Ruhe und Natur.

Der Birkenhof Uckermark - Bauernhaus mit Sauna

„Weniger ist mehr“ – So lautet eine der goldenen Regeln für gute Gestaltung, von der wir uns bei der Restaurierung unseres Hofes in der Uckermark leiten ließen. Zum Birkenhof gehören mehrere Hektar Land mit Wiesen, Obst- und Gemüsegarten und unserem kleinen Birkenhain, der dem Hof seinen Namen gab. Das Bauernhaus eignet sich ideal für Familien oder kleine Gruppen. Das Bauernhaus kann auch zusammen mit dem Stallgebäude und Waschhaus gemietet werden.

Kostenfreie Ruderbootnutzung in Rieth inklusive (Mai bis Oktober). Mitten im Naturpark „Am Stettiner Haff“ und am Rande des Naturschutzgebiets Ahlbecker Seegrund liegt unsere romantische Hofstelle aus den ersten Jahren des vergangenen Jahrhunderts auf einem großen, umzäunten Grundstück. Der Hof besteht aus einem von Linden und Fichten umgebenen Haus mit gepflegtem, buchsbaumumsäumten Vorgarten und einer daran anschließenden reetgedeckten Scheune.

A 2-room flat with balcony and a beautiful view of the harbour. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room has a sofa, table and TV, the kitchenette is equipped with an oven, microwave, electric hob, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, table and 4 chairs. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. Both rooms have access to the balcony. It is possible to reserve a parking space in the underground garage.
