The former beer cellar has been converted into a cinema and is now a secret haven to unwind and indulge a media fix. Welcome to Smuggler's Cottage! This charming four-bedroom Georgian cottage is set at right angles to the sea front within the highly attractive conservation area. The property is a Grade II listed residence that has very recently been fully refurbished. It was formerly owned by the Queen Mothers interior designer, Lady Barbara Davy, and retains much of her original style, now upgraded to modern day standards.
