Simplicity at its finest is what you’ll find in this cottage. There are two leather futons that turn into queen size beds. These are leather futons so please don’t expect plush beds but we try to make it comfy. This cottage is at the back of our property and has its own gravel driveway. Keyless entry .

Hemlock Cottage - An enchanting place to stay!

Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

The Cabin

Our cabin is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a open loft, two full bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a full basement on 9+ acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. There’s also a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games, a grill for outdoor cooking, two fire pits, a large deck, a nature observation tower, 2 kayaks and a canoe, and a variety of swings to enjoy.

This peaceful location, on 1.5 acres, provides the perfect hub for your work, outdoor adventure or vacation. Centrally located and just minutes from the Dayton Boat Dock and local restaurants. This is a large two bedroom with a big open living space. There is a king bed in the master with a full bathroom. there is a queen in the 2nd bedroom and a 2nd full bathroom in the hallway. Kitchen is open to the large living room and comes with everything you need. All linens are provided.
