La casa si trova ai piedi del Monte Brè, a Viganello alta, con bella vista sulla città. Posto per 2 auto a disposizione. Tassa di soggiorno da pagare sul posto (+2 CHF a persona/notte). You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. A full briefing on arrival, and we're a message away for anything. This isn't a resort. It's the lake, your own boat, and your own pace.
