This summer home is located at the head of Herring Cove; there is 48m of waterfront. Have fun exploring, roaming the rocks or kayaking the Cove of this private shore. We have a kayak for your pleasure. Enjoy the spectacular view from the hot tub or the spacious deck. Herring Cove has much to offer with its hiking, sight seeing, simply sitting at the dock, or visiting our popular Pavia Cafe. It is a 15 minute drive to Downtown. This is a great spot for cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts.

Newly built in 2021 as a place to hideaway in nature. Set on a private wooded 9 acre lot with lake access to Powers Pond. We have two Kayaks available for use. The contemporary and rustic features of the cottage highlight country living in Herring Cove Village, just 15 minutes to the city of Halifax. Stay put and relax in the hot tub or Herring Cove has hiking, sight seeing, ocean views, and local places to eat.

This lakeside cottage is surrounded by 800 feet of water frontage on Lake William. This property accommodates up to 8 guests ...10 guests if booking additional guesthouse*. Spend your days enjoying the warm water and evenings connecting with others by the outside fire. The basement bar offers table seating and shuffleboard. Airport & downtown only 20 minute drive. *Guesthouse included with bookings of 9-10 people. Guesthouse may be booked separately, so check on availability.

This adorable completely re-modeled cottage is steps away from the beautiful, sandy, salt water beach known as Coolen's Beach in Shad Bay, Nova Scotia. Twenty minutes from Halifax with hiking, kayaking, golf courses and restaurants all close by and scenic Peggy's Cove a short 20 minute drive away. We have created a charming and super comfortable retreat. We are sure our guests will enjoy the relaxing, peaceful vibe that this hidden little gem offers.

Surrounded by nature, this peaceful lakefront home just outside the city. Enjoy water recreation, sit by the campfire, or savour some relaxation in the hot tub. ( unfortunately closed this season from November-April) A paddle boat and kayaks are available for use.
