The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. This unique space is huge, 500 sq ft!! and is close to Greenwich, Blackheath, The 02, Canary Wharf, City Airport and with a quick train journey to central London. You'll love the studio because of the location, the amazing views of canary wharf and the 02, with garden and key-box entry. Lovely 3 bedroom bungalow in Greenhithe, walking distance to blue water shopping centre! Also 10 min to high speed service Ebbsfleet international station,ideal to travel to London in 15 min. Lots of transport facilities including frequent bus services, A2/M25 motorway, Greenhithe train station at walking distance which takes straight to London. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Completely renovated in 2020, the ground floor of the property is dominated by a huge open plan living space which opens out onto a patio & garden. Historic castles, vineyards of Sussex, Royal Tunbridge Wells Spa town is a short drive or even a walk away. The house is in a rural setting with great walks and some excellent pubs along the way.
