Guesthouse cottage in historic Midtown Mobile and close to many area amenities. The living area has an art wall & kitchenette. The 1st bedroom features a king bed & piano bar. A bookcase door leads to the pink room w/ photo props. Host is a photographer & offers mini sessions. There’s a soaking tub and no shower.

We are walking distance to Tryon sport park, 40 minutes to the beaches of Gulf Shores

Enjoy the small private pavilion over the water, the cozy outdoor living area or grilling out on the upstairs balcony. Public boat launch on the street too!

Our one bedroom with a loft is 1400 sq ft directly across from Greers grocery store, above Towne & Beech, and a stones throw from Page & Palette. There are so many shops & restaurants within walking distance of the condo and I love sitting on the balcony taking in the sites. The master bedroom has a king bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a master bath with tub and separate shower. The loft area has a queen bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a twin daybed.
