The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Forget something? Kroger grocery is only 1/2 block away, as are a variety of local restaurants, bars, and retail stores!

Older home with lots of character located within walking distance of downtown Richmond. If you like the outdoors there is a porch with a swing, and a sitting area in the back yard with a fish pond. Located approx. 2 miles off of I-75. The driveway goes behind the house for parking, and is quite narrow. There is plenty of room in the driveway to park out front (which is also safe), if you are unable to squeeze through. The driveway side of the yard is open, so the backyard is not fully fenced.

This house is on a peaceful country road and has three bedrooms, two full baths, and a double driveway for parking. The newer appliances include a refrigerator, cook stove, dishwasher, and coffee makers. For your convenience, we provide the coffee for you to prepare. It's very near Stanford, Kentucky, about ten miles from Danville, and ten from Lancaster.
