Smiðjan, the little old house by the sea

'Smiðjan' the Smithy has been lovingly restored focusing on original aesthetics and comfort. It is situated at the edge of a small industrial area where you can enjoy absolute privacy and not worry about neighbours. Smiðjan is almost a 100 year old house on the shores of the little fishing village Dalvík in the north, with views of spectacular mountains and valleys where hiking is at your doorstep

The Cottage is located in the bottom of fjord Ólafsfjörður, in the mountains. It has two bedrooms, a living room and a private geothermal hot tub in a garden-in-house area, that can be opened up to the terrace. The cottage is well equipped (fully equipped kitchen & washing machine) has WIFI for guests to use, and quality mattresses made up with comfortable linen, soft towels and warm blankets. The area is extremely peaceful. In the backyard is a heated football court and a playground for kids.

The house has 3 bedrooms, a large, open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen, outdoor hot tub, offering breathtaking views of the valley. A newly installed, very fast internet connection allows facilities for remote working. It is 5 min. drive from the fishing village of Dalvik with a supermarket, swimming pool, health center, culture house, wine shop and easy access to main sights.

Situated on the beautiful, peaceful island of Hrísey in the middle of Eyjaförður. The house sits on the water's edge with stunning views of the fjord and mountains where you can sometimes watch the whales and dolphins. PLEASE NOTICE: The island is located in the northern part of Iceland. It is a five-hour drive from Reykjavik. And you need to take a ferry to get there. No cars, pedestrians only. The ferry departs from the fishing port of Árskógssandur every two hours and only takes 15 mins.

Welcome to Höfði! We offer a cozy cottage in a stunning location in Dalvik, surrounded by the Svarfadardalur Nature Reserve! Hàr is a cottage that can accommodate up to 5 people (2 single beds in a room, a single and a french size double bed in the other one). The cottage has a well equipped kitchen, a big living room and a bathroom with shower. Outside on the private patio a hot tube, a BBQ, table and chairs are available. Free Wi-Fi and TV with ChromeCast, linen and towels are included

Cottage in a beautiful valley

This nice cottage is situated in the middle of a beautiful valley, with no neighbors disturbing you. You have a sea view to the north. A stream with waterfalls and rapids down through the valley. The hut is also a good base for skitouring and moutain hiking (many trails in the area) and horse riding. We offer horse riding for additonal fee. We can ride a calm tour with beginners or a bit faster with more experienced riders. Horse riding is mostly available from May till September.

Gisting í friðsælu umhverfi skammt frá bænum Syðri-Haga á Árskógsströnd. Útsýni til hafs og miðnætursól. Tignarleg fjöll og hlýlegir dalir, frábærar gönguleiðir við allra hæfi. Sumarhúsið Sólsetur er 25 fm, byggt 2016 - 2017 í húsinu er eitt svefnherbergi með svefnaðstöðu fyrir tvo. auk þess er svefnsófi fyrir tvo í stofu. Í bústaðnum er ísskápur með litlu frystihólf, eldavél, ofn með örbylgjuofni og sjónvarp. Borðbúnaður er fyrir fjóra. Heitur pottur og gasgrill er á verönd.

Our house is placed on an beautiful island not far from Akureyri and has a great view out to the sea and up in the mountains. It's a quiet and a friendly place where family and friends can have wonderful time together. A restaurant Verbúðin66 is near by and a grocery store Hríseyjarbúðin. There is a hot-tub on the patio and also there is a swimming-pool on the island. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the location, the views, and the people.

Apartment B offers peace, privacy, and breathtaking views on our serene Icelandic farm. Unwind in the shared geothermal hot tub and cold plunge, surrounded by pure nature and crisp mountain air. On clear winter nights, you might see the Northern Lights above and enjoy crystal-clear water flowing straight from our mountain, Staðarhnjúkur. 10 minutes drive to Akureyri and a lot of activities nearby. Short to the grocery store, cafe Klara , Höllin restaurant, and the beautiful water inside the town, the harbor is right by, good hiking trails, golf course, swimming pool and the beautiful mountains, great winter ski area.
