Welcome to the Cozy Corner Cottage, nestled peacefully at the end of Locke Shore Road, overlooking Malpeque Bay. With the cottage just being a 5 min drive from local restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, drug stores, County Fair Mall ,Credit Union Place and hospital, it acts as a home base while you explore our wonderful Island. We are centrally located with easy access from tip to tip. We are a 20 min drive off the Confederation Bridge and a 45 min drive from the Charlottetown Airport.

A Beautiful view of the water with water access a few steps away. Use of two adjoining living quarters with full amenities in both. NEW THIS YEAR, we have two heat pumps to provide some air conditioning and better heating. Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.
