Welcome to our spacious 3BR, 3,000 sq ft retreat in the gated Big Bass Lake community. Enjoy rustic-modern charm just a short walk to the lake and outdoor pool. Guests have access to our shared kayaks (Apr 15 - Oct 15), outdoor pool (open summer), indoor pool (open winter W/Fr/Sat/Sun), 2 lakes, beaches, playgrounds, beach volleyball, basketball, tennis, amazing food at the clubhouse, and more. Perfectly located in the the Poconos near state parks, ski resorts, and Kalahari water park, and more!

Built in 2025 this is a brand new home ready to welcome your family for your mountain adventure. The pool is heated year-round with a full spa, sauna, and jacuzzi. Our backyard is fully fenced in and private.

Our single level lake home awaits your family's memories. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom lake home accommodates up to 6 guests. Lake Larsen can be viewed from any point in our home. A King bed is provided in the master bedroom. Relax, Play, and Enjoy. Our home is located in the 5 * star community of Big Bass Lake. The town of Gouldsboro provides for a country setting, however it is very close to many of the Pocono's attractions.

Wake up on Big Bass Lake at a seven-bedroom lakefront lodge for up to 12 guests. A private dock and guest-use boats put lake days at the doorstep. An indoor hot tub is available year-round, with a sauna beside it for easy unwinding in any season. Cook and dine together, spread out across multiple living spaces, play ping-pong, or gather by the fire pit. A crib, fast Wi-Fi, and washer and dryer make family and group stays easier.
