Relax with the whole family at this very pleasant place to stay. This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom & 1 bath private home. It's also a new build in 2024 and designed for family vacations. You'll have 1 King size bed and 1 Queen size bed in this country home. This house will sleep 5 pretty easily. It is just 5-10 minutes away from Mammoth Cave and all of the featured attractions. Plenty of closet space, your own kitchen and a television in the living room with a small TV in master bedroom.

Explore Mammoth Cave National Park, kayak the Green River or trek through Dinoworld then relax in the hot tub while the kids or the pup plays in the fenced in back yard. The fire pit is a perfect place for s’mores. Enjoy sharing a meal in the fully stocked kitchen or head down the street and pick up pizza and ice cream from the locally owned shops in Cave City. There are numerous bird feeders so you can enjoy birdwatching from several outdoor seating areas. The property is filled with paths through wildflower gardens and has expansive views of the surrounding mountains.

As half of a duplex, you could rent out the other half, Wine Knot, for larger groups. 10 mi south of Burkesville, KY, 13 mi north of Celina, TN.

Cookeville is centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.
