Tropea - appartamento sul mare nel Centro storico

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. Roof top terrace features outdoor shower with beautiful tiles, bbq and lounge area.

All'interno del villaggio vacanze PortoAda splendida e confortevole villa con giardino privato. La casa ,su 2 piani,è così composta: al piano terra ampio ambiente con cucina, salotto con divano letto e bagno di servizio con lavatrice; al primo piano 2 camere matrimoniali,una camera con letto a castello e bagno principale. All'esterno grande giardino con portico attrezzato con seconda cucina , barbecue, tavolo da pranzo . E' presente inoltre un locale lavanderia/spogliatoio e una comoda doccia.

Ogni stanza è pensata per garantirvi tranquillità: dal letto, dalla cucina o dal soggiorno, potrete ascoltare il suono delle onde che si infrangono sulla riva e che creano una colonna sonora naturale che accompagnerà ogni vostro momento di relax. Boutique flat on the 'coast of the gods' in Parghelia/Tropea in Calabria. Refurbished and renewed in 2020. Max. 4 pers. No animals Living room and fitted kitchen with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, oven, induction hob. 2 bedrooms with double beds and spacious closets. Bathroom with shower. 2 spacious terraces, communal swimming pool (July an August open and free to use). Beach within walking distance, in front of the door! The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wifi, tv, and a big panoramic balcony. Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.

The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.

L' appartamento si trova a due passi dal mare e gode di ottima vista. È dotato di un divano letto matrimoniale con penisola, cucina, bagno, condizionatore e balconcino. Si trova a 5 minuti di macchina dall'aeroporto e dalla stazione. Vicinissima ad una delle spiagge più ambite di kitesurf a livello mondiale, da le B-club e Hangloose Beach.
