This light and bright Mar Vista home is located in a wonderful neighborhood. With easy access to restaurants and cafes on Washington Blvd & Venice Blvd. Marina Del Rey and Venice/Santa Monica beach is only about a 10/15 minute drive away, with public transportation literally around the corner. Beautiful modern newly remodeled guest room with separate private entrance (keyless entry) in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood of Mar Vista, just a few miles away from Venice Beach, Santa Monica & Marina Del Rey. The room has a work-from-home set-up, queen sized bed, private bathroom. No shared space (laundry) Plenty of street parking. Perfect place for out of town travelers for vacation or business! Located within 10-15 min of UCLA, Century City & Culver City 15 min to LAX airport.

Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops. Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).

This cozy studio is perfect for someone on an adventure or visiting for business. Culver City is centrally located near all that L.A. has to offer. The studio has air conditioning and heat, a private bathroom, queen size murphy bed. To make your stay more comfortable, enjoy the Kuerig, microwave and 2 mini fridge, as well as a stove top and sink. There is free street parking . There are stairs to enter the studio (no elevator). I have a dog who is playful she roams freely in the back yard.
