The beach has 2 Paddle Boards, 1 kayak, and 1 clear kayak so you can see what is going on in the Crystal Clear lake. All free to use. We live on the Betsie Valley bike trail and have bikes available to use for free. We are 20 minutes feom Crystal Mountain for snowboarders and Skiers. We have snow shoes to borrow for winter beauty on the frozen Crystal lake. Perfect for families, couples or a group of friends. Our only rule is to ENJOY the beauty of Northern Michigan!

Enjoy 20 feet of private frontage on Big Platte Lake, visit Traverse City, visit Frankfort, or watch your favorite shows on Hulu or Peacock. Fish using 14ft rowboat. The house was recently renovated to add a sun room and transform the first floor into an open concept with a spacious kitchen and living room. There are two sets of washer/dryer in the basement to accommodate large groups. Walk across the street to Crystal Lake, wander two blocks to downtown for a meal or hang out back by the creek and listen for frogs by campfire light.
