The Orchard Room offers a kingsize bed without a footboard (better for tall guests!). The spacious Meadow Room (single bed plus breakfast table and vintage sofa) is decorated with original watercolours mainly by Vee and her family. The Black Isle has so much to offer. With its oak panelling, beamed hall, gothic carvings, magnificent mahogany staircase and its original fireplaces on the ground floor, it is truly unique! The house is offered as a whole, on a self catering basis, for short holiday breaks, to groups of up to 7 max. A true Scottish family home.

A cute and cosy modernised cottage with hot tub surrounded by fields and with a beautiful river at the bottom of the garden. The house is well situated and has a spacious patio and lawn, enclosed garden with access to walks up the river and other beautiful local areas. A good base to strike out for West Coast and Highlands. We recently added a twin room in addition to our double en-suite and king bedrooms.
