This 2 bedroom/2 bath home with 2 large living spaces awaits you at the end of a ¾ mile long private dead-end road. It is the only residence located on a scenic 20 acre lake abounding with frogs, turtles, muskrats, ducks, geese, & eagles. Enjoy the tranquility from the large lakeside deck or roast marshmallows over a fire in the private outdoor firepit. No pets.

Enjoy this beautiful home located on the northwest shore of Lake Noquebay! Take advantage of the 2,500 acre full recreation lake and experience your own paradise with a private pier to park your boat / rent our pontoon, swim and fish from! Paddle boat and kayaks included as well! Waterfalls, golf, restaurants, and trails provide endless adventure! There are 300+ miles of UTV/ATV/Snowmobile trails in the county! (Separate Contract) Cornhole boards, fishing rods, paddle boat, 2- kayaks, 2 adult size bikes. Fire pit is available, NO wood provided. Take a walk down to Slippery Rock! Then walk through the park a little further for some rock jumping! Our family enjoys Chute Pond and everything it has to offer.
