This efficiency apartment, located on the ground floor of our home, has its own entrance, a Queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom with a standing shower, living room with tv, community gym, and washer and dryer access, Our pond has bass, so bring your fishing pole, or read a book while sitting by a babbling creek. Enjoy a small fire at the whimsical chiminea located in the patio area.

Welcome to Stillwater Ranch! Come to the country with pastures in your back yard and enjoy the privacy of 52 acres, 5 potential rental units (if you have a large crowd), a beautifully remodeled farm house and all of this just 1 hour to the beaches of Destin! Easy drive with one stop light before you hit the beach. This property offers space for a family getaway and will the perfect place to make memories that last a lifetime. This home is a 5/3 and lovely back porch overlooking the pastures.

Mae's Cottage is a peaceful little bay house located right off of Interstate 10 in Milton (< 1 mile) and is within steps to the beautiful Blackwater River and Bay. It is approximately 100 yards from water access where you can enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking or just watching the sun set. There is a public boat launch so bring your boat/jet skis/kayaks and fishing gear and head out to the beautiful waters of Blackwater Bay. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful little bungalow.
