Fixer Upper Producers House : Matsumoto Farm

Stay at the Producer of FIXER UPPERS home built for the finale of season 4. A 20 minute drive to Waco it’s the perfect retreat. This home is family friendly and ideal for entertaining family and friends. It has a beautiful open concept kitchen with plenty of cooking essentials, 2 full baths with a rain shower in the master, original bunk beds seen on TV, huge yard great for kids complete with play structure, basketball court and a small gym. Includes pack and plays and high chairs for families.

The Cottage at Benedict Farms

The Cottage at Benedict Farms is a quaint farmhouse (circa 1902) located near Crawford, just minutes outside of Waco. The Cottage is located on our family farm. We invite you to come and experience farm life hospitality. Relax by the fire pit, collect eggs, or watch and enjoy the animals (cattle, sheep, donkey, pigs, chickens and mini horses). Perfect for families and small groups! We are just down the road a bit from Magnolia Farms. Downtown Waco, the Silos & Baylor are only 22 minutes away.

The Carriage House at Willow Spring Farm

Willow Spring Farm is a peaceful, gated acreage ideally located near Baylor University, downtown Waco, and the Silos District. Approximately 2 miles to McLean Stadium; approximately 3 miles to the Silos. Private parking right outside your door. The Carriage House is separate from the main house, and the barn. It's a piece of the country right outside the City. Have your morning coffee in a peaceful setting, then spend your days at Baylor events, or shopping in the Silo District.

Fixer Upper Season 3 - The German Schmear House

Tucked away on a quiet street in the Mountainview area, our home will be the space you need to have fun and relax. You will be centrally located (HEB, Target, and Starbucks are right down the road) and not far at all from downtown, the Silos, and Baylor. This newly renovated space provides you with a big open living area, a spacious backyard, four cozy bedrooms, and a beautiful kitchen. For those wanting to retreat and for those wanting to entertain, we have the place for you.

Welcome to the A-Frame, just 30 minutes from Waco. This charming cabin offers a serene escape surrounded by Hill Country views. The A-frame's architecture adds character and provides a cozy atmosphere with abundant natural light. Enjoy the outdoor area complete with a soaking tub, fire pit, and hot tub. The Getaway-A Southern Chic Farmhouse Style Home with Pool

Embrace the quaint countryside vibe of this cute guesthouse. The cottage features neutral tones, contrasting motifs. Enjoy a cozy fireplace in the master bedroom, a spiral staircase up to a loft bedroom, and a shared backyard with a hot tub, salt water pool, and fire pit. A fully stocked kitchen, cable TV and games help you relax and enjoy your time here. The pool is open from May through September. Relaxing hot tub can be heated year- round.

We have 23 lovely acres with a spring-fed creek, a quarry pond, and lots of friendly animals to talk to. Your apartment was built in 2017 and set apart from the main house. We are here if you need anything at all.

ReCoop Ranch

We have raised 5 kids and over 300 foster kids on this ranch. It has seen it share of victories and its share of defeats. Heard much laughter and seen many tears. It is a foundation we call home.
