Step outside onto the famous 'Fife Coastal Path' and explore miles of beautiful walking tracks. Being perfectly positioned close to the 'East Neuk' coast; it's the ideal base to discover all Fife has to offer - world class golf, sandy beaches, delicious local food, and an abundance of fresh sea air! We have lovingly converted a 200 year old cart shed into 2 cottages. Braeview Cottage at Braeside Farm is a spacious studio space with a king size bed on the mezzanine floor. Downstairs next to a modern kitchen you have an open area with large french doors to a patio with a great view across the brae. On a farm set in 13 acres and 500 m from the nearest road, you will savour the tranquillity yet it's a 10 to 15 min drive to St Andrews and an hour from Edinburgh Airport. A car is required.

'The Howff' is a refurbished farm worker's bothy in a rural location with lots of walks and access to beautiful parts of Perthshire. One hour's drive from Edinburgh, 20 mins Dundee or Perth. This authentic bothy contains one room with single bed, wood burning stove, mini kitchen unit with fridge, oven, portable hob and kettle, separate shower room, wc, basin. Linen and towels included. Although small, The Howff is warm and cosy and makes a perfect retreat. Please note for ONE only.

The Burghers Kirk @ 136, St Andrews

The Burghers Kirk is a quaint 1 bedroom cottage full of character and quirky features with a secluded courtyard garden and is situated in the heart of St Andrews, close to the West Port and the medieval core of the town. Recently refurbished to a contemporary and high standard the cottage is suitable for 2 adults. Originally built in 1749 and used by the Burgher Kirk congregation, it was gifted to the St Andrews Preservation Trust in 1954 and reconstructed into a charming cottage.

This 1830s charming cottage has a front and back garden with stunning sea views. It's a short wander to the beach. Enjoy the large fully enclosed gardens while looking at the sea. We have just completed new interiors, with 2 bedrooms both with king-sized beds (UK) and soft white sheets throughout. A Nespresso coffee machine, hardwood floors, mini barbecue, and local art on the walls allow you to indulge in a seaside cottage with the feel of a hotel. We have parking on site.

Doodles Den

Ground floor cosy self catering flat in the beautiful fishing village of St Monans. There is a wood burning stove, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine ,fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven. The bathroom has a deep bath with an over bath shower and to keep your feet cosy under floor heating and a heated towel rail. There is a double bedroom and a sofa bed which sleeps two people in the living room. Bring your four legged friend as we are doggy friendly.

The Cow Pads Crail offer you modern style in a beautiful country setting. We are really proud of our converted shipping containers which offer our guests accommodation for two people in a double bed, with ensuite shower room and a small kitchenette. The Cow Pads are fully insulated, 90% powered by green energy from the farm, have incredible countryside views and a delightful decking area. Cow Pad Gertie has an outdoor heated bath, festoon lights and patio area.

The Garden House is is a newly renovated self contained property set in an idyllic cottage garden. This unique property is located in the picturesque village of Kilrenny. Kilrenny is in the East Neuk of Fife and part of 5 fishing villages which are very pretty This is an ideal location for exploring some of Fife’s costal walks.The famous town of StAndews is only a 10 minute drive from here
