Relax in the lovely outdoor seating area, taking in the beautiful scenery with a glass of wine or a cup of tea. We have endeavored to make this country accommodation a home away from home, providing you with the comforts of an exquisite residence. We have a Hot Tub available for an Additional Fee

The layout of the Snug is a studio with full Double Bed, Double Sofa Bed, Kitchenette with Sink, Gas Hob, Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Machine, Fridge and Breakfast Bar and an ensuite Bathroom with Shower.

Welcome to Owenie's Cottage set in the beautiful village of Glanworth in Co Cork. Glanworth is located 5 miles from the town of Fermoy, 7 miles from Mitchelstown and 25 miles from Cork City. The village is locally know as 'The Harbour', this stems from the 9th Century invasion of the Vikings who sailed as far as the Monastery in Glanworth. Owenie's Cottage is surrounded by medieval buildings and Old Mills . It is across the road from a castle with walks to the beautiful River Funcheon.

A spacious house, secluded and private, it was originally built by my grandparents as a holiday home in the 1950s, now successfully renovated for the 21st century!

The house has stunning views, a large garden and a spacious interior. The house has everything that you could need for either a weekend getaway or for a long visit. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms: 1 king room and 1 triple room. There is a sofa bed on the landing. The first floor bathroom has a power shower and freestanding bathtub. There is a ground floor toilet just off the small utility in the kitchen.
