Young kids not recommended or those who are challenged climbing stairs! Adventurers paradise! 30 minutes to Duluth. Kitchenette, rustic toilet, bedding, bottled water, wood stove, solar power OFF-GRID (no fridge or power capacity for C-PAP), hiking trails, picnic table, fire ring. Well-behaved/housebroken pets only. Leash & NEVER leave alone when you are out.

Riverwood Hideaway

This off-grid, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. The cabin itself is loaded with comfort. A full kitchen, propane refrigerator, solar powered lights and a gas fireplace/furnace offer the conveniences of home. There is an outhouse and firewood for the outdoor firepit. You will have to bring your own water for drinking, but we provide hand and dish washing water at the sink. We have coffee with pour over utensils, dishes, spices.

Honey Bee Getaway

You will unwind and reset when you stay at our little space in heaven. The loon songs will wake you in the morning and the birds singing during the day will put you at ease. This is a hunting shack turning into a cabin. No tv or running water. We do provide water and a clean porta potty .Dirt road, good swimming and a dock. There is a honey bee and organic garden on the property for observing. AC. Wood (provided) heat. Cook/Grill! Walking distance to a connecting lake! Private cabin!
