A newly built, light and airy detached en-suite room above a double garage, with its own private entrance, in the grounds of our period thatched cottage. In a charming village, and our own one acre mature garden, the room has its own private elevated deck with a table and chairs. There is also access to the garden and other seating areas and summer house. There is a super delicatessen close by. There are 2 pubs approx 10 min walk, and another in next village about 2 miles away.

The accommodation is fully self contained on the ground floor of our family home and is beautifully equipped for your enjoyment. The location has the wow factor with both stunning views, great local amenities and acres of National trust common land to explore.

Our private suite consists of 3 connecting rooms. Bedroom with double and single beds, lounge with sofa, TV, dining table and bathroom. Entry is via your own front door opening in to the lounge. Coffee/tea making facilities and small fridge only. No cooking facilities but crockery available for take-aways. Situated in a very quite cul-de-sac yet just minutes from Bourton-on-the-Water high street. Dogs welcome with own bedding.
