The Hollies is a large and charming 200-year-old farmhouse next door to the quiet village pub in South Kilworth. Located in the heart of England, just 3 miles from Junction 20 of the M1, South Kilworth is the perfect centre of England stop-off on any long journey between the south & north of England. Six huge double bedrooms, 4 of which are triples, one is a family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed for 2, and a standard double. So 12 beds and the ability to sleep a total of 18 people.

The Cosy Retreat

The Cosy Retreat in the historic village of Cotesbach offers a charming and tranquil escape for guests. The accommodation has been beautifully renovated and features a private English cottage garden, a great sun trap. Two charming coffee shops are within walking distance and you are surrounded by beautiful countryside. Cinema, gym and restaurants nearby. Warwickshire, Rugby and Birmingham are within driving distance. Rugby train station is 10 minutes drive and you can be in London in one hour.

Red Roof Bungalow

This Red Roof Bungalow has recently been renovated throughout, it sits on a quiet road just outside the village. It has a large front garden, and fully enclosed back garden which is ideal for dogs and children. There is also a gravelled parking area with plenty of space for vehicles. It’s a straightforward, comfortable place close to the countryside and local amenities. The Machinery Shed

The Machinery Shed is a self contained one bedroom cottage, situated on a working farm near Lutterworth. Open plan living, with everything you could need. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, utensils, plates and glasses. Large flat screen smart TV, microwave, extendable dinning table and a luxurious sofa and armchair. Upstairs in the galley bedroom, you will find; a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, super king sized bed and a shower en-suite with a private enclosed patio area at rear.

Escape to the tranquility of our spacious 2 bedroom cottage, nestled in the heart of the countryside on our family run farm. This cosy retreat offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The open plan kitchen/living area hosts a log burner that makes for cosy evenings. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds, a modern shower room upstairs and downstairs a WC. Explore the nature trail through the woods, breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings.

The Barn is a not visible from the road which is particularly useful if you have a concern about vehicle security.
