This beautiful, spacious and luminous 110 sqm loft is located in the heart of Alicante’s historic center with views over the old town. We renovated and designed this place respecting the traditional ways to build at the time, with limestone and wooden beams, while offering all the amenities of a modern apartment and a little bit of luxury. Cerca de la playa de Cala Cortina y del puerto y a tan sólo un corto paseo hasta el casco histórico. La estación de autobús y de tren están también muy cercanas. Muy bien comunicado.
