This adobe casita is a special place – washed in sunlight, quiet and tucked into a half acre with grass, trees, flowers, rabbits and birds. Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds and is just a few minutes drive, it is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Albuquerque and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. And great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as a larger house that is occupied by a long-term tenant.

We are located at the southern end of the Village and about two miles from Intel. It's also a couple miles to either big city shopping or the heart of the Village, and minutes to the Alb. Balloon Park. No worries about finding a laundry mat. We recently installed a LG washer/dryer/steam combo for your convenience.
