Modernised Victorian apartment with parking

The apartment is solid wooden floored throughout, has high ceilings and is stylishly furnished. From June to September we only let full weeks with a Saturday changeover day. The bright, spacious and pretty main living room has the kitchen and dining area within it with fantastic views over the town to the sea. The kitchen is well fitted with a dishwasher and washing machine. We have for a dedicated covered private parking space, which due to its location so near to town is important for you.

Beautiful rural retreat, outskirts of Swanage

Ideal for walkers, bird-watchers and nature lovers, this quiet bolt-hole is in the garden of one of the oldest houses in Swanage. The Purbeck stone building in the southern outskirts of the town is separate from the main house, has it's own entrance and off-road parking. A five minute walk brings you to the Durlston National Nature Reserve looking out over the Jurassic coast. Durlston Castle, the Lighthouse and the Southwest Coast Path are 15 minutes away on foot. All without crossing a road.

Harbour Cottage is a charming two storey house, just a short stroll from the shores of Poole Harbour and the renowned beaches of Sandbanks. A fully fitted kitchen and spacious lounge on the ground floor include a 40in TV with Bose sound bar and desk area with fast wifi. A fully enclosed garden has a table, chairs and BBQ for alfresco dining. The spacious bedroom, with king size bed and single bed, is complemented by a luxurious en-suite shower room . The Cottage is an open plan building next to the entrance to Corfe Common in a tranquil setting. Downstairs there is a King-size bed & upstairs there are 2 single beds . Sleeping areas are open plan but have thick curtains that can be drawn to create a private and cosy space.
