Velkommen til vores skønne lyse anneks , her er der mulighed for at bo i 3 minutters gang ned til Utterslev mose, med egen indgang og terrasse, som gerne må benyttes af gæster. Vores bolig placeret med kun 5 km til Københavns centrum og der går busser fra hoveddøren og direkte ind til København centrum. I annekset er der eget badeværelse og tekøkken, hvor det er muligt at tilberede mindre måltider. Det er muligt at overnatte op til 4 personer, 2 personer på henholdsvist hemsen og sovesofaen.

Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig med plads til hele familen. Annekset på 31 m2 i 2 plan, har 4 sovepladser hvoraf de 2 er på en 130 cm sovesofa (for nyligt skiftet ud med en nyere- efter anbefaling fra flere gæster😉) Der er gode muligheder for både gratis parkering og adgang til offentlig transport. Huset ligger i vores baghave med egen indgang . Obs: adgang til 1. Sal er via smal trappe. Håndklæder, dyner, puder og sengelinned er inkluderet. Slutrengøring tillægges automatisk.

Guesthouse close to Amagerstrand

The Guesthouse is located close to everything, which makes it easy to plan your visit. It's close to the sea, harbour and beach. The bathing pier 'Sneglen' is well-known on Amager. A beautiful walk on the paths leads you to the possibility of renting various equipment for water sports or other facilities fx mini golf. Besides this you can find supermarked within only 3 minutes walk. The Guesthouse is close to Dragør, the Airport, Christiania and Copenhagen City (including Nyhavn).

Det er ligeledes en skøn overnatnings mulighed, efter koncerter i Royal Arena, eller hvis du skal til konference i Bella centeret. Gæstehuset har eget bad og toilet. Hyggeligt anneks på 35 kvm med hems, egen indgang og egen terrasse lejes ud. Opført i new Yorker stil med synlige bjælker og blot 2 min gang fra Vanløse metro og indkøbsmuligheder. Man kan være i centrum af København på 10 minutter med metro. Anneks indeholder stue med åbent køkken, soveværelse sent hems. Begge senge er 140 cm brede. Bemærk der er ingen døre til soveværelse. Badeværelse med vaskesøjle og egen terrasse og have stykke hvor solen kan nydes. En lille perle i København

"Baghuset" is a secondery house and consist of 45 m2 with all amenieties. It has kitchen and livingroom, bedroom, bathroom, -all floorheated. the 2. bed is a fold out coach. No smoking og party! This is the perfect place to start exploring Copenhagen and the rest of Denmark. 2 bikes are are normally also availble on request. There is a small outside area with BBQ and chairs

You will have the whole basement for yourself and private entrance , where you will find two big bedrooms and bathroom with wc and shower. You can walk to the train station within 10 min where the commuter train will take to Copenhagen central station in 9 min.
