Spacious 2000 sq.ft. home w/ view of Lake Tenkiller! Nestled on 2.5 wooded acres of privacy & close to everything, this 4 bed 2 bath has a huge kitchen, dining, & living room complete w/ real wood burning fireplace. Master bed features a new king size bed, black out curtains, large bathroom w/ soaker tub & walk in shower. Bedroom #2 & #3 are at the other end of the home, each has a new queen bed. Bed 4 is the office w/ a full sized day bed w/ twin trundle. This room sleeps 3 kids or 2 adults.

You will love the private setting of this renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bath home situated on a dead end street. The home features all the amenities you need for a great get away and there’s room to park your boat. You can relax in the infinity edge pool that overlooks Lake Tenkiller where you can see lots of boaters, tubers and skiers. Beautiful sun and moon rises. Purple Martins are abundant. Barnacle Bills Marina is apx. 0.5 mile away where you can dine and have a relaxing beverage of your choice.

Classroom 6, a former Classroom, is located on lot 6 at Snake Creek Marina. The open concept kitchen, dining & living room along with 2 bedroom, 2 bath is all you need to have FUN! The 2 decks offer such a different environment from each other. The upper deck has a 4 person hot tub, outdoor dining, 36" Blackstone grill, and 2 lounge chairs. The "mandala" deck has a sofa & 2 hand crafted porch swings that helps get you in that relaxed mode. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Relax inside with family board games, cook a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, or just unwind in front of the Roku TV with 1 gig internet speed.

Ready to kick back and relax, then you found the right place! Kick Back cabin is located approximately 1/4 mile from Lake Tenkiller, near Pine Cove Marina, in Vian, Oklahoma. Our cabin is nestled in the woods, very private, with a beautiful valley view and sleeps 8 people. For the holiday weekends of Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day there is a three night minimum.
