Cabin is situated above a lovely stretch of beach, a perfect spot to catch the sun or launch your kayak or canoe. A short walk to the world renowned Rathtrevor beach and the Black Goose Pub! There is lots of room for everyone with 3 bedrooms (1 king & 1 queen bed) & a full bathroom downstairs plus a loft style bedroom (two single beds) & full bathroom upstairs. This fully equipped cottage has a bbq on the private deck as well easy access to all the resort has to offer!

Mt Washington Alpine Resort is 45 minutes away for skiing cross country or downhill in the winter, and hiking in the summer. Seaside swimming, reading and relaxing!

Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

The cottage does not have ocean view, however, the waterfront is only 30 meters away on our property.
