Come stay in our super clean, cozy, newly remodeled, and private Old Town carriage house with unique outdoor kitchen! We are less than a mile from the new CSU stadium, an easy 5 minute bike ride to downtown FC, and blocks away from several coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. Explore the area on one of our two cruiser bikes or take a drive into the mountains for a day of hiking and rafting. We have lived in FC for over 20 years and would love to help you plan your visit. The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.

Our house is a 1902 Prairie Foursquare with loads of old charm. We are located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, close to CSU and three blocks from downtown. We are walking distance to several of the finest Microbreweries in Colorado. The apartment has a separate, private entrance, and large 4' high windows in every room. Convenient and complete with cozy neighborhood charm. You have choices galore with 10+ restaurants in a 4 block radius from the place. Your morning coffee cravings can be satisfied at Starbucks or my personal favorite, Little Bird Bakeshop.

Plum Street House

Located in Old Town Fort Collins on Plum Street, one block from Colorado State University, and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. This is a brand-new carriage house. It has a private entrance, private parking, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.
