Welcome to the river house, our little slice of central Texas heaven! Here you’ll find a comfy, secluded, private home on the banks of the Medina river, located 45 minutes outside of San Antonio and a short 15 minute drive to Bandara. This recently renovated two bedroom all rock home has a bonus room, a large full bath, spare half bath, and everything a family could need to enjoy a great trip to the Medina river. The river is very family friendly and 100 yards directly in front of the house.

This newly built home sits on two acres of lakefront property. Only an hour outside of Dallas but feels miles away from everything. Whether it is relaxing in the spa, pool, playing pickleball, having coffee on the back porch, enjoying the firepit or kayaks… This place has it all! It’s truly a secluded, beautiful place to unwind and relax with family and friends. Prior to booking with us, I want to state that the spa is not a hot tub.
