The house is a historic building wich has been renovated to preserve the charm and feel of days gone bye, combined with the comfort of modern times. There are six comfortable single rooms on the 2nd floor of the building on offer, they are about 12 sqm in size each. All the rooms contain a single bed, cupboard, desk and cable-TV. Outside the rooms four small kitchenettes equipped with a water boiler, dishes, microwave and a small grill are available to all the guests. Guests who want to cook for themselves are welcome to use the small kitchen in the cellar of the building. All the rooms are cleaned up on a daily basis.

Nach dem Aufwachen erwartet Sie ein reichhaltiges bergisches Frühstücksbuffet gegen Gebühr, so dass Sie gestärkt zu Ihren Unternehmungen aufbrechen können. Stellplätze für Ihr Auto sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. We love living here in Kerpen, with beautiful paths and so many old buildings and castles to view. It’s a small town with relaxing coffee shops one can enjoy. There’s Public bus transportation or access to Highway by car. About half-hour to Köln or Düsseldorf, even Aachen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind einfach zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Christophstraße/Mediapark liegt 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Ich biete begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten gegen Gebühr, Reservierung unbedingt erforderlich. W-Lan ist im gesamten Haus kostenfrei nutzbar. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsaufenthaltsraum.
