The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Vous serez à 2 pas de l’entrée du magnifique parc de la tête d’or , facile d’accès le logement est à 23 min à pied de la gare de la part Dieu , et 13 min en bus!

Vous serez charmés par le volume de cet appartement, avec son mur en pierre et son plafond à la française. Aménagé dans un esprit loft en Open Space, il peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Sa hauteur sous plafond de 3m80 lui donne une atmosphère unique. Son architecture est typique du quartier classé de la Croix-Rousse, véritable berceau des 'Canuts', nom des ouvriers tisserands lyonnais. Situé à 200m du métro, proche de l'hyper centre, vous pourrez facilement visiter toute la ville!

Au calme, à 5 minutes de Villefranche sur Saône et autoroute A6, proche de Lyon, Mâcon, village du Sant Curé d’Ars, parc des oiseaux …. situé au centre du village de Fareins, logement indépendant tout équipé. Vous accédez à celui-ci par un grand hall, à l’étage, vous trouverez une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte sur le séjour, un WC, une salle d’eau et une chambre. Pour plus de confort, nous mettons à votre disposition le linge de lit nécessaire à votre séjour. Non Fumeur.
