The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.

Private Home/Deck -Nearby all

We have a mother-in-law suite available to rent for you. Although it is attached to our home by one wall, the place will be entirely private to you with its own entrance and plenty of side street parking. The apartment is wheelchair ready throughout the space. Being located in midtown, it’s easy to access all of Fort Collins. This is a perfect spot for short or long-term visitors. Please read all areas below, so you know all about the space and what to expect before booking. Thank you.

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Colorado Modern Cabin

This beautiful, modern cabin, is showered in sunlight. Just 2.5 miles from downtown, yet a stones throw from all the outdoor adventures in the foothills, Horsetooth Reservoir, Poudre River, mountain biking & hiking. With apple trees, berries & gardens, this quiet country setting is one of the best locations in town. Soak in the Colorado sunshine w/ the passive solar design. Relax in the evenings taking in the mountain sunsets while enjoying a fire pit on the back porch.

True Old Town, Stunning Universe Suite

Premium old town stunning guest suite of the historical Olive St. House, upper landing. Walk through the park across the street, then two more blocks to dinner, a concert or stroll the river trail to a brewery tour nearby. Unlike many old town stays this spot is Quiet, so you’ll sleep well, but still be walkable to everything. Perfect for ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star guests who love the amenities and intrigue of old town. Easy, free parking usually right out front.

You are going to love this conveniently located 5 bedroom house. Sink into the hot tub off the master suite after a long day of hiking or skiing. Cook up a meal in our completely remodeled kitchen (completed in 2022) Enjoy watching movies on the 65" 4K TV with complete surround sound. Bring your golf clubs as Collindale golf course is a short walk from the house! If golfing is not your sport, enjoy the newly remodeled Foothills Mall just down the street.

Welcome home to your Fort Collins retreat! This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome with an attached two-car garage has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Each bedroom features a private bath. Enjoy a fireplace, two dedicated workspaces, hardwood floors, balcony, patio, large kitchen, full basement with wet bar, laundry area, and more. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and natural areas.

Private, Friendly, Midtown Studio

Convenient mid-town Ft Collins location. Private, separate living space from our home, studio with with bathroom, mini-fridge, TV, and private entrance. Located at the end of a friendly cul-de-sac. Near CSU campus, the new football stadium and a short bike ride to Old Town Fort Collins. A friendly yellow lab lives in the main house, along with a cat, 2 adults, and 2 kids. (However, our animals are not permitted in the rental space.)

Mid Town FoCo, Quaint Little Space for 4.

Great location! Keep it simple in our clean and centrally located space. Awesome spot for couples or singles to adventure in Fort Collins. This property is attached to another space used as an Airbnb. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 9 am. The space does not share any walls but a door off the kitchen area, which has a partition and remains locked. You will not have any interactions with other guests, but possibly in the parking lot.
