A beautifully laid out 1400 sq. foot single-family single-story (no stairs) cottage home in award-winning Habersham available for short-term or longer stays. This 4-year-old home is Located just a few miles from downtown Beaufort and a short drive to Paris Island, and the Marine Corps Air Station. An easy drive to Savannah, Georgia, and Charleston, S.C. Hilton Head and Bluffton, South Carolina are both close by. Prior approval of pets is required and will be charged manually if necessary.

It is approx. 1200 sq. feet of comfortable living space, with 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a roomy living space with a sleeper sofa. This quiet neighborhood is a 15 minute drive to Summerville, 50 minutes to historic Charleston, and 50 minutes Folley beach. The barn is well equipped for longer stays and boasts sleeping for up to 7. 1 King bed, 2 queens and a rollout bed. This is new construction in 2024 and is very comfortable.
